Shipping policy

 

 

We aim to offer you the best shipping option available, no matter what country you are from, for FREE*.  We deliver to hundreds of addresses every single day, all around the world.

  • Free Standard Shipping applies to all order of $20 or more, no matter where you are located.

Processing Times

After you place your order, it may take 2-7 days for your order to be processed before it ships.  This allows for the processing, picking, quality assurance, and packing of your order.

Estimated Transit Times

Transit times will vary depending on where you are located.  Here is a chart of estimated shipping times by region:

Region Transit Time US/Canada 2-3 weeks Europe 2-3 weeks Asia/Australia/New Zealand 2 weeks Mexico/Central and South America 3-4 weeks 

Note that these time are estimates, and the majority of the time you will receive your order sooner.

Tracking

We will always provide you with a tracking number for your order, providing that tracking is available for Standard Shipping options to your location.  We recommend using 17track.net for tracking your orders.

Please note that it can take a few days for the tracking numbers to become active in the system.  If after 7 days the tracking is still not active, please contact us and we will get to the bottom of it!

Multiple Packages

We have partnerships with distributors, suppliers, and manufacturers from around the world.  If you are buying multiple items in your order, they may each ship from different locations. If this is the case, you will be provided tracking numbers for each package.

Customs and Duties

Every country has its own set of regulations for the shipment of goods into it.  We have no way of estimating this, based on the differences from country to country.

Fees (customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, etc) may be charged on delivery and be required to receive your order.  If so, these are not included in the payment of the order. We do not issue any refunds for these fees, or the cost of the order, if you refuse to pay these fees.

Please note, that due to the low total dollar value of the products that we are selling, it is likely that these fees will not apply, but we are unable to guarantee this.
